Her experience spans global enterprises, high-growth technology companies and founder-led businesses, including transformation initiatives involving organizations such as Broadridge, UBS, Scotiabank and emerging AI companies.
Her work focuses on translating strategy into operating systems organizations can actually execute — combining enterprise transformation discipline with the speed and pragmatism growth companies require.
Accelaret was founded to give growth companies access to that operating capability without the overhead of a large consulting engagement.
